New Off-base Housing in Kindsbach near Ramstein Air Base!
We are delighted to introcude our newest Stay Eden apartments OPAL BLUE and OPAL GREEN, now available in Kindsbach, just a short drive from Ramstein Air Base and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC).
OPAL BLUE features a spacious 96 sqm (1033 sq ft) layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment also includes air conditioning and a dedicated workspace.
OPAL GREEN offers a 65 sqm (700 sq ft) layout with one bedroom and one bathroom, providing a practical and comfortable living space for guests staying in the KMC area.
Designed for comfort and functionality, both apartments near Ramstein Air Base were developed based on our experience hosting TDY and TLA guests in the Ramstein area. Many decisions – from the layout of the apartments to the selection of furniture – were intentionally adapted to the needs of guests staying for longer periods.
The interior concept was created by our design team with a focus on bright, practical living spaces. Carefully selected materials, warm colors and a clean, timeless layout create a balanced environment that supports both everyday routines and longer stays in the KMC area.

Kindsbach is well connected to Ramstein, Landstuhl and Kaiserslautern and offers everyday essentials such as ATMs, bakeries and local restaurants. The area is also served by official DoDEA school bus routes that pick up students for schools on base.
For leisure and outdoor activities, the surrounding West Palatinate region offers scenic walking trails, cycling routes and a variety of cultural destinations. Popular spots such as the “Freizeitbad Azur” in Ramstein or the historic city of Kaiserslautern are only a short drive away.
