The Philosophy Behind Our Gemstone Names
Gemstones are the inspiration behind the names of our Stay Eden apartments. Just as no two gemstones are exactly alike, each of our apartments is unique.
Every apartment has its own charm and individual design. Our interior designers carefully design each space with close attention to detail, giving every apartment a distinct atmosphere. That sense of individuality is at the heart of our Gemstone Collection.
That idea is also reflected in our motto, ‘Home Is Where You Are.’ No matter which of our apartments you stay in, it should be more than just temporary lodging. It should be a comfortable and functional home during your time in the KMC.
Our Gemstone Concept Is Evolving
As our apartment collection grows, our naming concept is growing with it. Gemstones remain at the heart of the concept. What’s changing is how the apartments within each property are named.
Going forward, each property will share one gemstone name. Each apartment will also have its own name. For example, AMBER GOLD and AMBER GLOW both belong to the AMBER property, but each still has a name of its own.
As part of this change, we have renamed several of our existing apartments.
Our New Apartment Names
The following apartments have been renamed:

ONYX is now AMBER GLOW
EMERALD
SUNSTONE is now EMERALD PINE
EMERALD is now EMERALD SAGE
CORAL is now EMERALD GROVE
RUBY
RUBY is now RUBY RED
JASPER is now RUBY NOIR
PEARL
JADE is now PEARL WHITE
PEARL is now PEARL SILVER
If you’ve stayed with us before, you may recognize some of these apartments by their previous names. The apartments themselves – and everything that makes each one unique – remain unchanged.
New Names, Same Philosophy
The names may be new, but the idea behind them remains the same: Just like a gemstone, every Stay Eden apartment is unique. Each has its own character, distinctive design, and atmosphere. Quality furnishings, timeless interiors, and attention to detail make each apartment its own.
